Once again Ulfar was the star of this encounter changing into a giant Octopus and pinning creatures down so the rest of the party could encircle and eliminate these creatures pretending to be the Foxgloves.
Searching the townhouse unearthed a few things, a nest egg from Aldern holding money, legal papers as well as the deed to the townhouse itself. The deed indicates that the Foxglove family only financed two -thirds of the manor's construction So years ago; the remainder was financed by a group called the Brothers of the Seven. The deed also bears an unusual clause near the end that
indicates that after 100 years , ownership of Foxglove Manor and the lands within a mile "around and below"reverts to the brothers.
In a thin Ledger, nearly a dozen entries from over the past 3 months labeled as "Iesha's Trip to
Absalom," each indicating Foxglove was paying someone referred to as "B-7" 200 sp a week for her "trip," dropping off the payment every Oathday at midnight at a place called "the Seven's Sawmill."
The group left in search of the Seven's Sawmill, they found it to be on the Inlet Isle of Kyver's. (number 18 on the map below)
They arrived to find a tall building, support on large posts over the Yondabakari River.
The main floor was absent of anyone so the group went up towards sounds of people working, operating saws, winches and other wood cutting implements. They encountered 4 works, that quickly donned masks, drew viscous long straight edge blades and attacked the group as intruders.
Remarkably no one came to investigate the loud disturbances that this battle made, but being in a loud sawmill the party figured the noise covered the expected fighting. Fate was not looking out for them, one of the cultists on the upper floor witnessed the on going fight and after a few rounds of combat organized the other 3 with him to go down and engage the group from both sides of the fight.
After getting ambushed by a second group coming down from the floor above the party started using more offensive magic and the druid once again shape shifted into the creature I hate the most.
After finally killing eight cultists they climbed all the way to the top level, this time they had the jump on the bad guys, killing 2 cultists quickly and the main villain showing himself as a Judge no less, the elven cleric dropped a Insect plague and the parties cleric replied with a fireball. They sawdust in the room exploded causing blindness and a fire to spread rapidly within this room.

Adventure Paths
Here are the Adventure Paths that I have played.
Currently playing Rise of theRunelords in D&D 5e rules.
Played Kingmaker in Pathfinder rules. In book 2 the party was TPKed.
Played Carrion Crown in Pathfinder rules. This was my first Adventure Path I ran and in book 4 dropped the ball and another player took over as the GM and ended at level 13. We ended it to play D&D 4th edition and after 6 months of that we started playing 5th edition of D&D.
Ran books 1,2 and 3 of Giantslayer in D&D 5e starting at level 4, the game ended at level 13.
My Son is Running Ruins of Azlant in the 5e rules, they are in book 2, I do not play in that game but it is in my house.
So What Adventure Paths would I like to do? in no particulate order,
Hell's Rebels
Ruins of Azlant
Hell's Vengeance (only if Hell's Rebels, we complete)
Iron Gods
Shattered Star (only if we complete Rise of the Rune Lords)
Skulls & Shackles
Curse of the Crimson Throne
Return of the Rune Lords (only is Shattered Star is completed)

Session 12 of Rise of the RuneLords in 5e
After the Destruction of The Skinsaw Man the group found a letter (posted below), a key, treasure and one in the group pieced together from a painting of Iesha the background city looked like Magnimar, the City of Monuments!
Returning to inform the Mayor that the village would not be bothered by the ghouls and that Aldern was indeed the person behind the attacks and he himself was the master Ghoul, they packed up and headed off to the next piece of the puzzle.
Arriving in Magnimar they proceeded to try and find the Foxglove Townhouse, setting upon a few taverns the information was not forth coming and they started to get frustrated until they came across Pug's Contraptions, the cages the infected rats were being held in., he pointed them in the right direction.
The building it;s self is three stories tall and every window on the ground floor is boarded up, they did not even hesitate walked up and knocked on the front door. Iesha Foxglove herself answered the door.
After a few words she began crying and Aldern Foxglove himself answered the door and demanded who they were? and why are they here?
A few short words later they all sat down to Tea and explained everything that had occurred, Iesha fled upstairs in tears of the Foxglove named sullied as much as they claimed. Ulgar excused himself to consul Iesha.
As the rest of the group explained to Aldern the rest Ulgar was set upon a faceless stalkers that was hiding in the lavatory, Iesha in turn transformed to a stalker and set out to silence Ulgar permanently.
Ulgar sped down the stairs in a transformed Dire wolf chased by the two faceless stalkers as Aldern in turn transformed into a stalker as well. Ulgar took the most beating being forced back into hir natural dwarf form.

Making Magic items in 5e part two
First part can be found here, Making Magic items part one
The potential to break the game with this is high with a group of number crunching players, it is cheap and smarter players will double down and sell the first batch off and get their own for free.
Sure you would need to have the DM say 2 months pass, then the whole table would say "wait" and go into a baking frenzy of potions and scrolls.
Be careful with your players on this and I would double the time frames and make both potions and scrolls require mystic items to crafted all together.
What kind of option can be used to keep this in check? a Feat? magic saps your strength and you spend hit dice to create the item gaining it a week or month later? A week/month is due to it is magically weakens you and the time to recharge the Hit Dice is more.
If a feat is used it will make it prevalent to get most use out of said feat and you would feel a need to make items of the feat would be wasted? perhaps? or, could we use Hit Dice with all the other requirements?
Lets pretend that a basic healing potion and cantrips scrolls has the character spend one hit dice permanently for one week. That would slow the process down as a level five character can only make 5 items a month and the number would increase with the level of said scroll or potion. Times five is a good starting off point.
Basic healing poition, cantrip or level one scroll x 5 days to regain a Hit Dice. = 5 Days to get One Hit Dice back.
Level two Potion or scroll x5 days = 10 days to get Two Hit Dice back, etc....
In Part one of Making Magic Items in 5e the 5 level Druid made 5 potions, 2 level two scrolls and 3 level one scrolls, that would be impossible as they can only make the 5 potions and after a week could make 5 levels of scrolls. In the end this would only hamper the 5th level Druid 2 scrolls, but they are playing for a week )in game time with zero Hit Dice.
