OP Chained Vampire

                                                                      Session 16

                                                    Approximately February/March 2016

Gaspar – 5th Level Human Monk, 2nd Level Psychic
Baphomet – 7th Level Tiefling Warlock
Hamoot – 7th Level Hill Dwarf Cleric
Thane – 7th Level Human Rogue
Gabriel – 5th Level Human Paladin, 2nd Level Warlock
OceANUS – 7th Level Aquatic Elf Fighter

The party entered the High Priestess’s chamber only to find that it was a large room with a scripture on display and the Priestess was nowhere to be found. Suddenly Baphomet’s crystal began to glow and Gabriel burst out after a 10 session absence ad I think OceANUS was sucked in at this point, maybe. We copied the script down and figured out that we needed to place the pearl we were given earlier on a pedestal to get a secret door to open, which lead into a hallway. The hallway had four single doors on each side and a large double at the end. We opened the first door on the right and found that the walls were scorched on the end. We then opened the first door on the right and found 5 eels in the room so naturally we closed it and wedged the door shut. After that we open the second door on the right a found an elf chained to the ceiling. Long story short, we won!
After the 2 and half hour combat with the vampire, Thane wedged every door shut. We then pressed into the room at the far end and found the Priestess inside. She was unfortunately protected by two spires which were generating a forced field around her. Gaspar, Gabriel, and Hamoot all went to the green spire on the right side and managed to destroy it. Baphomet, Thane, and OceANUS on the other had managed to disable the red tower on the left with skill checks. Once the spires fell the Priestess cast a spell that caused Gabriel and Thane to flee out of the room. After they fled the priestess locked the door behind them.
